Domestic Shipping & Handling (US) - Shipping and handling within the
United States is $15 for small packages, $25 for medium packages,
and $35 for large packages. The shipping is automatically calculated
in the enrollment process. In addition to credit cards, U.S.
residents can enroll online by personal or business check. Please
allow 5 to 10 days for delivery (usually around 5 days unless pay by
personal or business check).
